If you’ve been feeling heavy, overwhelmed, or just emotionally done lately, you’re not alone.
Our cycles are syncing, life is shifting, and the energy right now is calling for something different:
Rest. Release. Realignment.
We’ve been doing big work together these past few weeks, goal setting, building systems, tapping into long-term vision. And that’s powerful. But so is this moment right now, where your body, your emotions, your spirit are saying:
Pause.
Let’s talk about what it really looks like to slow down and still be in your power.
🎥 Watch the Replay:
✨ 5 Powerful Takeaways from This Week’s Conversation
1️⃣ Give Yourself Permission to Pause
Ask yourself: Where am I pushing when I could be softening?
Tuning in every morning isn’t optional, it’s sacred.
Sometimes you need to say “not today” and honor your body’s “no.” You’re allowed to slow down without falling behind. This is part of your process, not a detour.
2️⃣ Tend to Your Body in a Sacred Way
This isn’t just about bubble baths. It’s about nourishment, compassion, and responding to your body’s real needs. Whether that means a sacred shower, a reset fast, or simply canceling the gym, check in and ask:
How can I love and support my body today?
3️⃣ Forgive Yourself and Release the Guilt
Sometimes the guilt hits harder than the actual "missed step."
Whether it’s food, rest, movement, or mindset, give yourself grace. You didn’t lose your progress. Your body hasn’t failed you. It’s okay to need a reset.
4️⃣ Reconnect to What You’re Creating (and Why)
Your vision still matters, even when you’re resting.
I let myself sit in the pleasure of my dream this week, not building it, not strategizing, just feeling it.
Ask yourself: What am I building? And why is it sacred to me?
5️⃣ Remind Yourself That You Are Safe
Underneath the pressure and overwhelm is often a deeper question:
Am I safe to slow down?
The answer is yes. You are safe. You are supported. You are held.
What you did today was enough. What you didn’t do doesn’t disqualify you.
🧘🏽♀️ 3 Action Steps to Support Your Realignment
✨ Step 1: Journal with Self-Honesty
Use this moment to check in, not to check off.
What part of me is trying to force progress?
What do I actually need right now—emotionally, physically, spiritually?
✨ Step 2: Nourish Your Body Intentionally
That might mean canceling the plan, shifting your workout, or simply drinking some water and stretching. Give yourself the kind of care you'd give your future self after the breakthrough. She’s in you now.
✨ Step 3: Let the Vision Fill You
Light a candle. Close your eyes. Let yourself feel the life you're creating. You don’t have to do anything in that moment. Let it be about being in the vision. That’s enough.

💖 A Personal Note from Me to You
I almost canceled this week’s call.
I was tired. Emotionally overwhelmed. Bloated. Tender. Doubting if what I had to say mattered.
But I showed up. Not because I felt 100% but because I remembered who I am.
And I want to remind you who you are too.
You are allowed to slow down.
You are allowed to rest and still be a leader.
You are allowed to show up messy, raw, undone and still be powerful.
This is sacred work. Not because it’s always fun or perfect, but because you’re choosing to stay in it, even when it’s not glamorous.
Sometimes we need to chill the fck out* and still trust the vision.
That’s what I’m doing this week. And I hope you give yourself the same permission.
We’re not behind.
We’re building.
Even here. Even now.
With love and power,
