Hey, Powerful Creators, ☀️
Take a deep breath and place your hand right above your navel. That’s your solar plexus energy center, your inner sun.
This is the part of you that holds your confidence, your direction, and your divine authority. It’s the fire that fuels your action, the “I Am” and the “I Can” that live inside you.
Tonight, we’re talking about what this energy center really is, what it governs, how it gets blocked, and how to bring it back into balance.
Because this part of you doesn’t just shape how you show up in the world; it shapes how you lead it.
And I’ll be honest.
There were times when I didn’t feel powerful at all.
I worked hard.
I showed up.
I practiced.
But when it was time to perform, to actually shine, I froze.
Back in high school, I played basketball every day. I put in the hours, and I knew I was good, but the moment I stepped in front of people, all my confidence disappeared. My body would lock up, my mind would overthink, and it felt like my power was trapped inside me.
That same energy followed me into my adult life, especially in relationships. I doubted myself. I over gave. I waited for validation. I didn’t know my own worth, and I didn’t know what it felt like to stand in my power.
Then 2020 happened. My relationship fell apart. The world went quiet. And I found myself on the floor, broken open, face to face with myself.
That was the moment everything changed. I decided I wasn’t going to live in fear anymore. I chose to rise, to do the work, to remember who I am.
That was one of those defining moments that asked me to choose who I was going to be. I didn’t start over; I just kept going. I kept showing up, kept doing the work, and little by little my confidence began to return, not from the outside but from within.

☀️ What is the Solar Plexus Energy Center
The Solar Plexus Chakra, also called Manipura in Sanskrit, is your third energy center. It sits right above your navel, in the middle of your gut — the center of your being.
It’s connected to your digestive system, liver, pancreas, stomach, and adrenals. This is the part of your body that turns energy into action.
Its element is fire, representing transformation, power, and divine will. Its color is yellow, symbolizing confidence, clarity, and purpose. Its mantra sound is RAM, and its essence is “I Do.”
This center governs:
Personal power and self-esteem
Confidence and inner strength
Motivation and willpower• Integrity and self-discipline
Leadership and divine action
When this part of us is alive and balanced, we feel clear, confident, and capable of moving through life with purpose. It’s the energy that reminds us we can trust ourselves, take action, and lead with love and authority.
⚖️ What It Looks Like in Balance
When our solar energy is balanced, life feels lighter and more grounded at the same time. We move with clarity, purpose, and a quiet kind of confidence that doesn’t need to prove anything. It simply is.
When the fire in our core is steady, we feel:
Empowered and confident in our purpose
Disciplined but still flexible with life’s flow
Decisive and clear about what we want and how to get there
Radiant, people can feel our warmth and presence when we walk into a room
Strong in our boundaries without being defensive• Motivated, inspired, and full of life force energy
When we live from this space, we know our worth. We walk with self-respect. We lead from alignment, not from ego, grounded, centered, and lit from within.
What It Looks Like When It’s Out of Balance
When our solar plexus energy is blocked or overactive, it can feel like we’ve lost our center. The fire that once fueled us starts to fade, and instead of moving with clarity and confidence, we find ourselves second guessing, shrinking, or trying to control everything around us.
When this energy is out of balance, it can show up as:
Doubting ourselves or waiting for permission.
Feeling powerless, small, or unseen.
Procrastinating or struggling to make decisions.
Trying to control people or outcomes.
Feeling burnt out, perfectionistic, or overly driven.
People pleasing and giving more than we have.
Fearing failure or even fearing success.
And because our solar plexus is directly connected to the body, we often feel it physically too. It can show up as:
Digestive discomfort, bloating, or nausea.
Ulcers, stomach pain, or IBS.
Adrenal fatigue or constant stress.
Liver or gallbladder tension.
Loss of appetite or overeating.
Mid back pain or sluggish energy.
These are all signs that our body is trying to get our attention, whispering the truth we sometimes forget to hear: I’m not living in my truth. I’ve given my power away.
🕯️ The Root Causes & Shadow Wounds
Let’s talk about why this happens, because it’s not random. Our solar plexus holds strong imprints from our upbringing. It reflects the words we heard and the examples we saw about power. These early experiences shape how we hold or hide our light.
The Control Wound
Growing up in situations where we felt powerless can lead us to want control over everything later. We might try to manage people, plans, or outcomes to feel safe.
The Rejection Wound
Being dismissed or shamed when we share our truth can make us afraid. We might worry about expressing our power or being seen as too much.
The Failure Wound
Early experiences of getting it wrong can make us afraid to try again. We start to equate mistakes with unworthiness instead of growth.
The Approval Wound
When love or praise were tied to performance, we learned to earn our worth instead of embodying it.
The Power Wound
Cultural or religious beliefs often tell us that power is dangerous or prideful. This can lead us to shrink, submit, or hide our strength.
When we carry these wounds, our fire begins to dim. We either burn out or burn down.
But the truth is, we were never meant to be small. We were meant to radiate.
🔥 The Truth About Divine Power
True power isn’t about control or dominance. It’s not about being above anyone else or forcing things to happen. Real power is alignment. It’s when our mind, body, and spirit move together in truth.
Power is God moving through us with purpose. It's the spark of creation, change, and belief. It's our ability to turn divine ideas into reality.
We don’t get power from the world around us; we generate it from within. Power grows when we live in integrity — when what we think, feel, and do are all in agreement.
We reclaim our power through:
Radical self-honesty.
Consistent, aligned action.
Following through on our word.
Letting go of control and trusting Divine Order.
When we live this way, people can feel our presence before we ever speak. We don’t have to prove our strength or demand respect. Our energy already leads.
🌻 Healing and Balancing Practices
Restoring balance to the solar plexus means reconnecting with our inner fire. It’s also about learning to trust our own light again.
It’s not about faking confidence or acting strong. It’s about forming a steady bond with our power, one breath and one choice at a time.
Beginner: Reconnection
Practice core breathing — inhale confidence, exhale doubt.
Do gentle twists and solar plexus yoga poses like boat, bow, or plank.
Stand in the mirror each day and say, I trust myself
Eat yellow foods such as pineapple, lemon, turmeric, and corn.
Spend time in the sunlight and let your body soak in its warmth.
Intermediate: Repatterning
Write affirmations in your Power Journal such as I act from my truth.
Set small daily goals and keep your promises to yourself.
Forgive yourself for past mistakes and remember they made you wiser.
Practice safe fire rituals by writing what you’re ready to release and burning it with intention.
Advanced: Embodiment and Mastery
Lead something — a project, a conversation, or a new path that calls to you.
Practice saying no without apology.
Ground before you act so your movement comes from intuition, not impulse.
Visualize your inner fire growing brighter with every confident decision.
Turn fear into fuel by reminding yourself, my fear is proof I’m expanding.
Your solar plexus is your inner sun. It thrives on trust, truth, and courage.
When we care for it, our light shines brighter and steadier. Then, we move through life with confidence.
💫 The Transformation
When our solar energy comes into balance, everything begins to shift. We no longer have to chase confidence or prove our worth — it becomes who we are. The fire within us burns steady and bright, and life starts to move in harmony with that inner strength.
When our solar plexus is balanced:
We feel unstoppable, not from ego but from divine flow.
We make bold moves with grace and clarity.
We stop chasing approval and begin to radiate natural authority.
We attract respect, success, and aligned opportunities.
We live from discipline, not pressure — from peace, not performance
And most of all, we remember the truth that changes everything:
Our power is holy.
It is safe to shine.
We are the light of God in motion.

💖 Personal Note from Amber Breanna
Let’s anchor this into your spirit, Powerful Creator.
Your solar plexus is the center of your power, confidence, and will. It’s where your ability to act, decide, and lead with divine authority lives. This part of you can get blocked by shame, fear, or losing your power. But it always heals with truth, courage, and self-trust.
When you honor this part of yourself, your inner sun begins to rise again.
Take a deep breath with me and place your hand over your upper abdomen, right over your solar plexus.
Ask yourself gently:
✨ What’s one area of my life right now where I know it’s time to stand fully in my power?
✨ What does that actually look and feel like for me?
Take a moment to breathe that in. Feel it in your body.
This is how we rise — by owning our light, together.
As you go through this week, try to create your Power Practice. Choose one small act each day. This will boost your confidence and commitment.
It could be speaking your truth.
It could be setting a boundary.
It could be finishing something you started, or simply saying, I can.
Because every time you honor your power, you honor God within you.
Say this with me:
“I trust myself.”
“I act with divine confidence.”
“I am powerful and kind.”
“I follow through on my word.”
“My power is sacred.”
You are the light. You are the leader. And it is safe for you to shine. ☀️
With love & power,
Amber Breanna ❤️
