Hey Powerful Creators 🌹
Take a deep breath and place your hand just below your belly button. That’s your sacral energy center — the part of you that holds your creativity, emotions, pleasure, and feminine power.
This is where your joy lives. It’s the part of you that helps you create, feel, receive, and flow with life.
Tonight, we’re talking about what this energy center really is, what it controls, how it gets blocked, and how to heal it.
Because this part of you doesn’t just affect sex — it affects how you experience life.
And I’ll be honest…
There were times when I didn’t understand pleasure at all.
I felt ashamed to feel good. I was afraid to enjoy my body. I didn’t even know what I really wanted.
Some seasons, I was completely shut down. Other times, I was chasing things — stimulation, attention, anything to feel something.
But both were coming from the same place: disconnection.
And I know I’m not alone.
So many women were taught to hide this part of themselves — to shut down their feelings and desires because it felt “wrong” or “too much.”
But when we disconnect from our bodies, we lose our joy. We feel stuck. We feel numb. We stop trusting ourselves. And sometimes, we swing the other way — we chase excitement just to feel alive again.
Either way, it’s the same wound: We’ve been cut off from our life force — the power that makes us feel alive.

✨ Understanding the Sacral Energy Center
The Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) is your second energy center, located a few inches below your navel. It’s connected to your womb, reproductive system, kidneys, bladder, hips, and lower back. Its element is water, representing emotion, movement, and flow. Its color is orange, symbolizing joy, creativity, and vitality. Its mantra sound is VAM, and its essence is “I Feel.”
This center governs:
Creativity and self-expression
Pleasure, passion, and sensuality
Emotional intelligence and intimacy
Abundance and flow
Your ability to receive — love, money, beauty, and joy
When your sacral is open and healthy, life feels pleasurable, inspired, and magnetic. You’re in touch with your desires and you trust yourself to create them.
⚖️ What It Looks Like in Balance
When your sacral energy is balanced, you feel:
Emotionally fluid — feelings move through you instead of controlling you
Confident and radiant in your body
Creatively inspired and full of new ideas
Connected to your sensuality without shame
Able to receive love, attention, money, and pleasure with ease
Joyful, playful, and magnetic — people feel your aliveness
You can give and receive energy freely. You’re not chasing; you’re attracting.
🌑 What It Looks Like When It’s Out of Balance
When your sacral is blocked or overactive, it can look like:
Feeling uninspired, numb, or detached from desire
Saying “I don’t know what I want” or “nothing excites me”
Emotional suppression or emotional volatility
Shame or guilt around sex and pleasure
Over-sexualization or using sex, food, or substances to feel something
Creative block, burnout, or disconnection from joy
Difficulty receiving or trusting love and abundance
Physically, this imbalance can show up as:
PMS, irregular cycles, fertility issues, PCOS
Low libido or painful intimacy
Lower back or hip tension
Bladder or reproductive issues
Digestive problems or bloating
Hormonal imbalance or fatigue
It’s the body’s way of saying, “My creative current isn’t flowing.”
🕯️ The Root Causes & Shadow Wounds
Let’s talk about why this happens — because it’s not random.
1. The Pleasure Wound
Childhood or cultural conditioning that taught us pleasure was wrong or shameful. Messages like “good girls don’t do that” or “don’t draw attention to yourself.” This creates guilt and disconnects us from joy.
2. The Emotional Suppression Wound
Being told “stop crying” or “you’re too sensitive.” We learned to shut down emotions instead of letting them move, so the water element (emotion) becomes stagnant.
3. The Abandonment Wound
Unstable love or inconsistent care in childhood creates fear of intimacy and rejection. We shut down or over attach as adults.
4. The Creativity Wound
Early criticism or comparison made expression feel unsafe. We begin to doubt our own ideas, play small, and block our creative current.
5. The Religious / Purity Wound
Conditioning that told us the body or sexuality is sinful, dirty, or dangerous. This creates deep guilt and disconnection from God within the body.
When you hold these wounds, the sacral energy closes to protect you — but that protection also keeps pleasure and inspiration out.
🪞 The Truth About Sexual Energy
This is where we have to re-learn what sexual energy really is.
Sexual energy has nothing to do with anyone else. It’s not about a partner. It’s not about intercourse.
It’s the same creative life-force that makes flowers bloom, ideas spark, and the earth spin. It’s God moving through your body.
You don’t need another person to activate it. You can generate, circulate, and direct that energy within yourself through:
Breathwork and movement
Self-pleasure as prayer
Dancing, creating, and expressing
Feeling gratitude and joy in your body
Partnered sex is one expression of this energy — but the source is you. When you learn to hold it, not leak it, you become powerful, magnetic, and whole.
🌹 Healing & Balancing Practices
Here’s how to bring the sacral into balance, from beginner to advanced:
Beginner: Reconnection
Breathe into your belly daily.
Drink more water; move your body like water.
Play music and sway your hips.
Ask: “What would feel good right now?” and let yourself have it.
Intermediate: Repatterning
Take sacred baths with salt and orange essential oil.
Mirror work: look at your body, say “I love this body. I love this womb.”
Create something without pressure — art, journaling, cooking.
Feel emotions as they arise; don’t suppress or analyze.
Advanced: Embodiment & Mastery
Practice self-pleasure as a spiritual ritual — connecting to your own body without guilt.
Move or dance daily to circulate energy.
Direct that energy into creation — after movement, write, pray, or manifest.
Learn containment — boundaries, rest, saying no, grounding.
Remember: your sacral is like water — it needs movement, attention, and reverence to stay alive.
💫 The Transformation
When you balance your sacral energy:
You reconnect to your desires.
You become passionate and creative again.
You feel grounded in your sensuality.
You attract aligned relationships and opportunities.
You allow pleasure and prosperity to flow.
And most importantly, you remember: Your pleasure is holy.
This is how you rise — by letting your joy, your creativity, and your feminine power lead the way.

💖 Personal Note from Amber Breanna
Let’s anchor this into your spirit, love.
Your sacral chakra is the center of your creation, pleasure, and flow. It’s where your emotions live. It’s where your creativity, sensuality, and ability to receive are born.
This part of you gets blocked by shame, fear, and hiding.
But it heals through safety.
It heals through movement.
It heals through expression.
And it heals through permission.
When you honor this part of yourself, your whole life becomes fertile ground for miracles.
So place your hand over your womb space and take a breath.
Ask yourself gently:
✨ What does pleasure mean to me right now?
✨ Where have I been afraid to feel good?
✨ What’s one small way I can bring more flow and joy into my life this week?
Say it out loud.
Write it down.
Give voice to what’s been silent.
This is how we heal.
This is how we come back home to our bodies.
And this week, I invite you to create your Pleasure Practice:
Just one simple thing each day that brings you back into your body and your joy.
It could be dancing. Breathing. Touching your skin with love. Sitting in the sun. Eating slowly. Laughing.
Because when you honor your pleasure —
you honor your power.
And when you honor your power,
you create heaven on earth.
Say this with me:
“I am safe to feel pleasure.”
“I am safe to desire.”
“I am safe to receive.”
“My body is sacred.”
“My pleasure is my power.”
I love you, Powerful Creators.
Stay juicy. Stay magnetic. Stay in flow. 🧡
With love & power,
Amber Breanna ❤️
