✨ Pre-Work Assignment #3: Create Your Divine Diet & Juicing Plan

We need to talk about something so real.


Your relationship with food is one of the deepest reflections of your relationship with yourself.


Food is not just fuel — it’s frequency.


Every meal, every drink, every snack is an opportunity to either nourish yourself into your next level… or numb yourself away from it.


For these 21 days, we are opening a new conversation with our bodies — a conversation rooted in love, nourishment, and embodiment.

 

Why This Matters


So many of us have spent years battling food — using it to numb pain, judging ourselves for what we eat, swinging between restriction and binging, and tying our worth to our body size.


It’s time to heal all that.


This assignment isn’t about dieting. It’s not about restriction. It’s not about “clean eating.”


It’s about discovering YOUR Divine Diet — the way you personally nourish yourself when you are fully embodied as HER.


The highest version of you — how does she eat?

What does she drink?

How does she treat her body?


This is your chance to find out.

 

Step 1: Create Your Divine Diet


Sit down with yourself, your journal, and your vision of the woman you are becoming.


Ask yourself:

✨ How does she eat to feel energized, radiant, and powerful?

✨ What foods make her feel alive and vibrant?

✨ How does she want to feel when she’s eating?

✨ What beliefs about food and her body does she hold?



This isn’t about being “perfect.” This is about being present — present with your choices, present with your body, present with your desires.


For 21 days, you’re simply being mindful.


You’re noticing:

  • How food makes you feel.

  • Where guilt, shame, or old beliefs pop up.

  • How you can choose to nourish yourself differently — with love, not punishment.


This is about healing — not just your plate, but your mindset.

 

Step 2: Add Juicing as a High-Vibe Practice


Juicing isn’t required, but it’s highly recommended.


Why? Because juicing is:

  • A direct way to flood your body with life force.

  • An act of abundance — it says, "I deserve the best nourishment."

  • A ritual that slows you down, gets you in your body, and connects you to your own hands, heart, and intention.


I’ll be dropping my favorite juice recipes inside the app so you have plenty of options to start with.


If juicing is brand new to you — start slow, maybe just 1 juice a day.

 

Step 3: Bless Your Food & Drink


This is a missing piece for so many women.

Blessing your food is programming your food.


The energy you bring into your meal is just as important as what’s on the plate.


Every time you eat or drink, take a moment to:

✨ Thank your body for digesting and processing everything with ease.

✨ Thank the earth for the nourishment.

✨ Affirm that everything you consume turns into beauty, wealth, and vitality inside you.

 

My Personal Example: Amber’s Divine Diet


To make this real, here’s my current commitment for the 21 days:

  • Intermittent Fasting — because this is how my body thrives.

  • Juicing Daily — because fresh juice makes me feel alive.

  • High-Vibe, Fresh Foods — fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, vibrant meals I love.

  • Hydration as a Ritual — water first thing in the morning, water before meals, herbal teas at night.

  • No Guilt, No Shame — If I choose to enjoy something sweet, I fully allow it and bless it — no punishment attached.

 

Step 4: Share Inside the App


After you create your Divine Diet & Juicing Plan, come inside the app and share:


✅ A snapshot of your plan (foods you’re focusing on, any commitments you’re making)

✅ Your personal intention with food for these 21 days

✅ Any shifts you already feel just thinking about this with love instead of fear


Example Post:"Just created my Divine Diet for this season — I’m focusing on fresh juices, lots of water, and meals that feel luxurious and nourishing. I realized I’ve been eating on autopilot for so long, and just sitting with my food intentions already feels healing. Let’s eat like the queens we are, Powerful Creators!"

 

Final Reminder


This is not a diet.

This is a devotion.

To yourself.

To your body.

To the woman you are becoming.

You deserve to eat like a goddess.

You deserve to feel amazing every time you sit down to nourish yourself.
