I was taught to be ashamed of my body. 

Ashamed of my pussy. 

Ashamed of my power. 

By people who didn’t know their own.

People who were afraid of what they didn’t understand. 

People who had been stripped of their connection to God—and unknowingly taught me to fear mine.

There was a time when I could barely look at myself in the mirror. 

A time when I faked orgasms, disconnected from my body, and carried shame I didn’t even know wasn’t mine. A time when I thought being sexy meant being wrong.

When I believed my desires were dangerous. 

That my power was something to be hidden, not honored.

But something in me knew—this couldn’t be all there was. There had to be more. 

More love.

More truth.

More pleasure. 

More of me.

As I continued my healing journey, it became undeniable: To truly embody who I am… I had to confront the shame I was taught to carry. 

The shame around my sensuality. 

The shame around my sexuality. 

The shame around simply being a woman in her body.

And as I began that healing… I found something even deeper. 

I found God.

Reconnecting to my body has been my way back to God.  My way back to truth.  To divine guidance that comes not from outside of me, but from within. 

From my womb.

My hips.

My heart. 

From the Source that lives inside my body.

Who told you it was wrong to be turned on?

 Feel it. 

Name it. 

And then begin the process of releasing it. 

Forgive yourself. 

Forgive them.
