Powerful Creator Release Ritual: A Sacred Menstrual Practice to Begin Again

Welcome to Week One of your 28-day cycle, the Menstrual Phase (Days One through Five).

This is where our journey begins, in the phase of release.

The menstrual phase marks the official start of your cycle.

It begins on Day One of your bleed and typically lasts through Day Five.

🌊 What You Might Be Feeling:

  • Low energy or fatigue

  • Heightened sensitivity

  • A desire to be alone, still, or inward

  • Emotional waves or a sense of release

This is your body asking for space. This is your spirit asking to reset.

šŸ² What to Eat During This Phase:

  • Warm, nourishing foods like soups, stews, broths

  • Iron-rich foods: leafy greens, beans, red meat (if you eat it)

  • Root vegetables, warm grains, herbal teas

  • Hydrating foods: cucumbers, watermelon, coconut water

Focus on replenishing minerals and supporting your blood + energy levels.

šŸ§˜šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø How to Move Your Body:

  • Gentle stretching

  • Yin yoga or slow flow

  • Womb massage

  • Restorative walks or deep rest

  • Sleep for at least 10 hours per night

Let movement be soft, slow, and supportive, not performance based.

This doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do your HIIT workout if you feel like you can and want to.

It simply means to listen to your body and honor it.

If you don’t have the energy, don’t push yourself. But if you do, then go for it.

šŸ’« Your Daily Hour of PowerĀ Practice

This is your sacred ritual for emotional and energetic release.

An hour each day is the goal—a full, devoted hour to feel, move, journal, and reconnect.

We are Powerful Creators and having that time for ourselves is something we can manifest and make real.

If you don’t feel like you have an hour right now, that’s okay.

Let creating that space be part of what you’re calling in during this cycle.

Start with 10 minutes.

Start with presence.

And know that every moment you give yourself is a seed planted in devotion.

🌿 How to Begin This Practice

Start by choosing a quiet moment to be with yourself—undistracted and fully present.

Create your sacred space. This can be as simple or as styled as you like.

Light a candle. šŸ•Æļø

Put on soft music. šŸŽµ

(432 Hz is the frequency of harmony. It soothes your nervous system, supports emotional release, and helps you feel deeply grounded and connected.)

Wrap yourself in a blanket.

Let your body know this is sacred time.

Then:

  1. Sit or lie downĀ with your journal nearby.

  2. Place one hand on your womb and one on your heart.

  3. Take three slow, grounding breaths.

  4. Say aloud or silently: ā€œGod/Source, I am here. I am present. I am ready to do my work. I am ready to heal and release. Thank you, God, for this healing. I am safe to release. I am allowed to slow down. I honor this sacred reset.ā€

Now you’re ready to begin your journal prompts and practices for this phase.

(You can also do this in your car and/or shower if you don't have a sacred space yet)

Here’s your power practice flow for this week:

  1. Move your body + feel.

As the music plays, let your body guide you:

Cry.

Stretch.

Sway.

Whatever wants to move—let it.

This is your emotional hygiene.

This is how you clear the channel.

  1. Journal what’s rising.

Now, with your body softened and your heart open, begin to journal what’s coming up. Let these prompts guide you:

  • ā€œI release the pressure toā€¦ā€

  • ā€œI let go of the belief that I need to ______ in order to be worthy.ā€

  • ā€œI’m leaving behind ______ because it no longer aligns with who I’m becoming.ā€

  • ā€œI forgive myself for ____, and I bless her for surviving.ā€

Free-write with the mantra:

ā€œI release. I release. I release. I let go.ā€

Let your emotions come up. Let them speak through you. Write honestly. Write raw.

  1. Give It to God

Once you’ve journaled and let your emotions rise, pause. Sit in stillness. Place your hands on your heart and womb.

Begin to pray out loud or silently:

ā€œI release this from my vibration. I let it go. I surrender it. Thank you. I am transmuting this pain into love. I place my healing and my life on the vibration of love. Thank you, God. Amen. It is done.ā€

Speak it slowly. Say it as many times as you need. Let it be a real conversation. Let the energy shift inside of you.

Then, take your release list or letter and burn it, tear it, or bury it.Ā

However, you choose, make it physical. Let your body feel the letting go.

This is your offering. Your surrender. Your sacred release.

  1. Rest + Receive the Healing

When your release ritual is done, let yourself rest. You’ve just moved energy, emotion, and old weight out of your system.

Take a bath. Soak in Epsom salt. Light a candle. Drink water. Be soft.

Let your nervous system calm.

Let your body know it is safe.

Then sleep. Deeply.

Your body is healing.

Your cells are regenerating.

You’ve just purged so much—honor that.

Let the healing settle.

Let love do the rest.

🧹 Weekly Physical Practice: Clear the Physical to Clear the Energetic

As you clear your inner world, support that release by tending to your outer one.

This week, your physical practice is about cleaning out, releasing, and refreshingĀ the spaces you live in. Your home is a mirror of your inner world—clearing it makes space for new energy to enter.

Here are options to choose from:

  • Clean out your closet.

Let go of clothes that don’t fit who you’re becoming. Bless and release what no longer feels aligned.

  • Declutter one space each day.

Your nightstand, your car, your inbox—anywhere energy feels stuck.

  • Smudge or cleanse your space.

Use sage, incense, or sound to shift the energy in your home.

  • Wash your sheets and light new candles.

Give yourself a reset in the spaces you sleep and dream.

  • Create a new altar or sacred corner.

Even a small area with intentional objects can anchor you.

  • Organize your finances or digital files.

Release mental clutter and reclaim clarity.

Choose one, choose several or create your own. The key is intentional release.

This isn’t busywork. This is energetic alignment.

As you clear space physically, your body and spirit will feel the invitation to breathe again.

🌹 Closing Words + Your Invitation to Share

This is a sacred practice—one that can and shouldĀ be returned to monthly.

Healing isn’t a one-time event. It’s a cycle. A rhythm. A remembering.

Let this ritual move through you.

And when future emotional waves rise—whether it's tomorrow or next week—honor them.

Pause. Return to your sacred space. Let the release meet you there.

You are doing the real work.

This is what healing generational trauma actually looks like.

It’s not always glamorous, but it is divine.

And you should be so proudĀ of yourself.

✨ I invite you to share your journey in the Powerful Creator Community App.

Check in for the day. Post a reflection. Offer your energy back to the space that’s holding you.

We’re not meant to do this alone.

We’re meant to rise together.

I’m so grateful to be on this journey with you.

I love you. Thank you for allowing me to lead and hold space in this way, it is truly what I was born to do.

Let’s keep healing, growing, and creating our dreams, together.

With love and power,

Amber BreannaĀ šŸ‘‘
