Who This Is For:
This is for the woman who knows who she is but feels disconnected from her power.
And it’s also for the woman who’s just now ready to meet herself fully for the first time.
Whether you’ve done the work before or you’re just beginning—this is your invitation.
You’re not broken.
You’re just in a cycle.
In between the release and the rebirth.
The ending and the next becoming.
You don’t need to be fixed.
You just need space to remember, to realign, and to return.
This is your sacred reset. Your soul’s reentry point. Your path home to your truth.
Why We’re Doing This
Because we are cyclical beings living in a world that never stops moving.
And it’s time we honor our nature instead of resisting it.
Every month, our bodies remind us: after creation comes release.
After release comes rebirth.
It is our nature to reset, realign, and rise again.
We’re doing this because rest is not regression.
Needing to reset isn’t a weakness—it’s wisdom.
It means we’re growing, evolving, and becoming versions of ourselves we didn’t even know existed.
We’re doing this to get excited again.
To refine our goals. To reconnect with our “why.”
To make sure we’re not just working hard but working in alignment with our truest desires.
Because our visions have changed.
Our dreams are maturing.
We’re no longer driven by fear or pressure; we’re creating from truth.
So, we pause.
We remember.
We recommit.
Because this is what Powerful Creators do.
We don’t chase the old.
We birth the new.
What We’re Doing
We’re doing the work—emotionally, spiritually, and physically—to honor our cycles and come home to ourselves.
This is not about pushing through.
It’s about tuning in.
It’s about aligning our actions, our energy, and our intentions with where we actually are in the rhythm of our body and our life.
Starting tomorrow—Day 1 of the journey—we begin with the menstrual phase. From there, we’ll move through the four sacred phases of the cycle:
Menstrual Phase (Days 1–5): Release
A time to slow down, reflect, and let go of what no longer serves.
Follicular Phase (Days 6–13): Re-Envision
A time for renewal, fresh ideas, inspiration, and creative planning.
Ovulation Phase (Days 14–20): Recommit + Express
A time to share your truth, show up fully, and speak what’s real.
Luteal Phase (Days 21–28): Embody + Refine
A time to integrate, adjust, and walk in alignment with your devotion.
Each week, you’ll receive:
A blog post with journal prompts, spiritual reflections, and cycle-based practices aligned with that phase.
Throughout the 28 days, your only daily commitments are:
Tune into yourself for 10 minutes—through meditation, movement, breath, and journaling
Check in with your accountability partner
Check into the Powerful Creator community to stay supported and connected
That’s it.
No overwhelm.
Just rhythm, ritual, and realignment.
This is how we come home.
How We’re Doing It
We’re starting this week.
We’re not waiting to be more ready, more perfect, or more motivated.
We’re beginning now—together.
Here’s how it works:
You will receive one blog post per week, aligned with the current phase of your cycle. It will include journal prompts, reflections, and physical/spiritual practices for that week.
You choose your accountability partner to check in with regularly. Someone who will walk with you, witness you, and keep you connected to your devotion.
You commit to a daily rhythm:
Tune into yourself for 10 minutes
Check in with your accountability partner
Check into the Powerful Creator community
That’s the full structure. It’s simple. Sacred. Supportive.

💌 Your Invitation
This isn’t just something I made for the community; this is the work I’m doing for myself.
Right now. In real time.
I needed to come home to my vision.
To reset. To remember. To realign.
And I knew I couldn’t do it alone.
So, I created this 28-day cycle to realign your vision and I’m inviting you to walk it with me.
If you’re not ready, that’s okay.
Another cycle will come.
Another moment will open.
But if something in your body is saying yes…Then I encourage you to start now.
I’m so grateful you’re here.
I’m so honored to do this beside you.
This space we’re building together—it’s sacred.
We are not just dreaming our lives.
We are living them. Becoming them.
So, if you’re ready to say yes to yourself:
Start with some gentle pre-work.
Journal on these questions tonight:
How do I want to feel by the end of this cycle?
Who is she? What is she walking in?
What is she free from? What is she creating?
Let her lead you.
I love you. I see you. I’m with you.
Let’s begin.
With love & power
