Juicing has been a practice Iâve heard recommended over and over by my mentors and leaders. I knew it was powerful, but I didnât take it seriously until one of the women in the Powerful Creator Community really got me into it.
Thatâs the magic of community, being surrounded by women who inspire you to elevate.
Once I actually gave juicing a real shot, I saw how much my body responded.
More energy.
Less bloating.
A clearer mind.
A deeper connection to my bodyâs needs.
It was like my cells were thanking me for finally giving them what they craved.
Juicing is now a core part of my Powerful Wellness practices, not just for physical health but for vibrational alignment. What we put in our bodies directly affects how we feel, think, and create. When we fuel ourselves with intention, we become more magnetic, more in tune, more alive.
This specific juice recipe is one Iâve designed for my bodyâs needsâfocusing on reducing inflammation, balancing hormones (PCOS-friendly), and supporting my focus and energy (ADHD-friendly).Â

My Anti-Inflammatory, Gut-Healing Juice Recipe
This juice is packed with ingredients that nourish, heal, and fuel my body with pure energy. Every ingredient has a purpose:
â Cucumber â Deep hydration, flushes toxins, and cools inflammationÂ
â Lemon & Key Limes â Detoxifies the liver, balances pH, and clears skinÂ
â Celery â Supports digestion and reduces bloatingÂ
â Pineapple â A natural anti-inflammatory, great for digestion and gut healthÂ
â Green Apples â Adds natural sweetness + fiber for digestionÂ
â Ginger â Powerful for gut healing, immune support, and reducing inflammationÂ
â Alkaline Water â Keeps the body hydrated and balances acidity
⨠How to Make It:
2 cucumbers
2 lemons (peeled)
4 key limes (peeled)
1 bunch celery
½ pineapple
1-2 green apples
1 thumb-sized piece of ginger
Alkaline water (or filtered water)
⨠How to Use It:Â
𼤠Drink one 8oz bottle every morning on an empty stomach to flush your system and start the day high-vibe.Â
𼤠If your body responds well, drink another in the evening.Â
𼤠If itâs too strong, dilute with more water.
This is my way of starting my mornings fully charged. Instead of reaching for caffeine first thing, I let my body soak in the nutrients, hydration, and high-frequency energy of fresh juice.
