1️⃣ Get in front of the mirror – Look at yourself. Really see yourself. Breathe and be present.

2️⃣ Tune into your body – How do you feel? What do you need today?

3️⃣ Speak to yourself – Out loud, with power. Say your prayers, affirmations, or intentions for the day.

4️⃣ Play your embodiment playlist – A song that makes you feel like HER.

5️⃣ Love on your body – Moisturize, stretch, get dressed with presence and love.

6️⃣ Bless your food & water – Take a moment to thank your body before your first meal.
