What if minding your own business means getting honest about what you really want?
That’s what we explored in this week’s Powerful Creator Mastermind as we dove into Rich Dad, Poor Dad Chapter 4: Mind Your Own Business.
This isn’t just about building a business. It’s about building a life that reflects who you are and what you actually want.
We have to do the work to get clear on our purpose, our passions, and build from that place.
Just because something sounds good doesn’t mean it’s in alignment. I’ve been there. We’ve all been there choosing something because we needed to make money. That’s survival mode.
But the real shift happens when we choose to build assets around what we genuinely enjoy. Because that’s what keeps us coming back when it gets hard.
That’s what sustains us when the results take time.
That’s how we play the long game.
Our passions and purposes will evolve, and they’re meant to. But when we build from truth, we give ourselves the freedom to grow with joy, not pressure.
That’s what the Powerful Creator community is here for.
To move from fear into power.
From survival into truth.
From hustle into alignment.
Let’s build what’s real. Let’s truly mind our business. 💰👑

💡 3 Powerful Takeaways from the Conversation
💡 1. Focus on One Thing Until You Master It
One of the biggest gems that came through the call was the reminder to focus on one thing until you master it.
ROI brought up how easy it is to get distracted (wanting to do everything at once) and that hit home for so many of us.
We’ve all felt that FOMO, chasing ten ideas at once, thinking we’re building when we’re actually just spinning. But the truth is, mastery takes focus. Whether it’s trading, content, real estate, or crypto—whatever it is, go deep first.
Build your foundation. Put in the time, the sweat, the equity.
That’s when everything else begins to unfold naturally. When you focus on what actually makes you happy—not what others are doing, not what looks good online—that’s when it clicks. That’s when you stop building from pressure and start creating from purpose.
💡 2. You Must Love What You Build or You Won’t Sustain It
Liking what you’re building matters.
Just because something sounds good doesn’t mean it’s aligned. A lot of us shared how we’ve chosen businesses or paths just to make money because we were in survival mode.
But if you don’t love it, if you’re not genuinely interested, you won’t keep showing up when things get hard.
That’s the truth.
When you’re excited about what you’re creating, you’ll have the energy to keep going. That’s how you stay consistent. That’s how you play the long game. When it comes from love, not pressure, it lasts.
💡 3. Financial Literacy is the Foundation of Freedom
Learning about money is self-love. That came up so strong on this call. The book reminded us that real freedom comes from understanding how money works—not just earning it but growing it.
Financial literacy means knowing how to manage your money, read your numbers, track your income and expenses, and tell the difference between an asset and a liability.
It’s knowing what’s coming in, what’s going out, and how to make smart decisions with what you have.
We talked about how this kind of knowledge gives you power. When you understand money, you stop being afraid of it. You make clearer choices. You feel more in control.
Financial literacy is not just about numbers. It’s about power, peace, and building a life where you get to choose what happens next.
🔥 3 Specific Action Steps to Apply Now
Use Your Resources to Learn What Assets You Can Build Now
One characteristic of being a Powerful Creator is being resourceful and actually using your resources. In the past couple of years, ChatGPT has been all the rage and for good reason
We now have access to knowledge at our fingertips that we didn’t have before. I personally use ChatGPT to help guide my financial learning, ask questions, explore new asset ideas, and manage my income in a way that feels aligned.
Go on there. Play with it. Ask bold questions. Use it to support your vision. The more you use your tools, the more powerful and clear you become. Start asking better questions. Start building smarter. Start now.
Turn Your Passion Into an Asset by Getting Clear First
Take some time to really understand what you like—what your interests are, what your passions are, and what actually lights you up.
From there, start asking: How can I build an asset around this?
There are so many ways to create wealth, but it’s not about what you do—it’s about how consistent you are. And if you’re only choosing something because you want to make money, you’ll eventually burn out. You won’t want to keep going when it gets hard.
So slow down, tune in, and ask yourself: What do I enjoy? What am I curious about? What feels like me?
Then ask: How can I turn this into an asset?
Ask and you shall receive. That’s where the miracle starts.
Use the Power of Your Words to Shift Your Identity
You’ll never outperform your identity. You can budget, hustle, and work overtime but if deep down you still see yourself as someone who’s “bad with money,” you’ll always find a way to lose it, avoid it, or sabotage it.
True financial freedom starts with how you see yourself and that shift begins with your words.
Your words create your world. So start speaking a new story:
I am financially literate. I manage money well. I have financial aptitude. I am a sophisticated investor.
Say them. Write them. Feel them. Claim them. This is how you start becoming the woman who holds, grows, and multiplies wealth.

💖 Personal Note from Amber Breanna
This call was so powerful, and I’m genuinely grateful for every woman who shared. What kept echoing for me was this: You are the asset.
The work you do to heal, grow, and see yourself clearly—that’s the real investment. Everything else we build—our businesses, our portfolios, our financial futures, flows from that inner foundation.
Whether you’re learning to trade, starting a business, or dreaming of owning something like a vending machine or a laundromat, just remember: it’s all possible.
But it takes time, energy, and focus. And you have what it takes.
This is your life. Your money. Your vision. No one can do it for you. So do the work. Ask the questions. Carve out the time. This is what self-respect looks like.
And don’t do it alone—reach out, lean on this community, and let yourself be supported. We’re in this together.
I love you. Let’s keep building. 💫
With love & power,
Amber Breanna ❤️
